1. General

1.2. Cargo handling is performed in accordance with the procedures set forth in the following guidelines: IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations; IATA Live Animal Regulations; IATA Perishable Cargo Regulations - 100% of instances.
1.3. Cargo handling ensures no loss of cargo within the scope of responsibility OOO DOMODEDOVO CARGO - 99%.
1.4. Cargo handling ensures no damage to cargo within the scope of responsibility OOO DOMODEDOVO CARGO - 99%.
1.5.Cargo handling prevents loss of the accompanying documents listed in the air waybill - 100%.
1.6. Upon receipt of the cargo at the depot, weight and volume of the received cargo are checked - 100% .
1.7. Cargo returned from the ramp is ready to be shipped with the next flight - ATD + 180 min.
2. Departure

2.3 Shipper handling time at the depot.
Shipper handling time from unloading of cargo from the vehicle onto depot's pallets (cargo ready for delivery to the depot) to completion of cargo acceptance at the depot - 90 minutes (for cargo weighing up to 5 tons) + 15 minutes (per each ton over 5 tons).
Note: This standard does not include time required for customs clearance.
3. Arrival
3.1 Cargo ready for delivery to the customer after ATA (general and special cargo).
3.1.1 General cargo.

3.1.2 Special.
Cargo ready for delivery ATA + 210.
Note: If the arriving flight carries over 2 tons of special cargo, time of readiness for delivery is ATA + 210 min + 15 min (per ton of special cargo over 2 tons).
3.1.3 Exchange of information.
Telegram sent: FSU – RCF – Cargo received at the depot;
3.2 Notification time of cargo arrival (general and special cargo).
3.2.1. Customers should be notified of the arrival of their cargo at the latest:

Note:
- If the arriving flight carries over 2 tons of special cargo, notification shall be made not later than ATA + 180 min + 15 min (per ton of special cargo over 2 tons).
- Notice of arriving cargo can be sent by email.
3.2.2 Exchange of information.
Telegram sent:
- FSU-NFD - customer informed of the arriving cargo;
- FSU-AWD - arriving document issued to the customer or agent (upon receipt of the shipping documents by the customer);
- FSU-DLV - cargo delivered to the customer (upon receipt of the cargo at the depot by the customer).
3.3 Consignee handling time at the depot.
3.3.1. Consignee handling time from receipt of the air waybill to receipt of the cargo at the depot - 60 minutes (if receiving at the warehouse not more than 5 tons of cargo) + 15 minutes (per ton over 5 tons).
