OVER 27 THOUSAND PASSENGERS WITH KIDS VISITED FAMILY SERVICE AT DOMODEDOVO AIRPORT
Moscow Domodedovo Airport has summarized the results of its Family Service operation in 2024. Last year, over 27,000 people visited the centre for passengers with children.
“Domodedovo Airport's Medical & Social Cluster is actively developing services and infrastructure for passengers with children. It is heart-warming to see that our efforts have been appreciated by our guests and that the space for family recreation has seen its popularity grow," says Irina Belinina, Head of the Family Service.
Family Service is a full–fledged family stay centre covering an area of over 450 square meters and located in the new T2 segment of the passenger terminal. It includes two spacious game rooms equipped according to the methods developed by Italian physician, educator and psychologist Dr. Maria Montessori - for children of younger preschool and older preschool ages, with recreation areas for parents. It also features a bedroom, a kitchen & dining area, changing and hygiene rooms, and a wardrobe.
In addition, the Family Service infrastructure includes children's playrooms and baby changing rooms in both domestic and international departure galleries.
