AIRPORTS COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL HAS ACKNOWKLEDGED DOMODEDOVO AS THE BEST AIRPORT IN EUROPE IN FIVE NOMINATIONS

Domodedovo has won internationally renowned Airport Service Quality Awards in recognition for its performance in 2023. The airport became the winner for the fourth year in a row and for the first time in all five award categories, confirming its unwaveringly high level of passenger service. In total, international experts examined more than 400 airports from 95 countries around the world.

Domodedovo was awarded “The Best Airport in Europe”, “Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff”, “Easiest Airport Journey”, “Most Enjoyable Airport” and “Cleanest Airport”.

“The presentation of Airport Service Quality Awards to DME is, first and foremost, recognition of the airport’s excellence in delivering top passenger experience, as our auditors assess all our services – from car parks and entrance screening to baggage claim. And all of them – by 36 criteria,” says Irina Ryabinina, Managing Director of Domodedovo Commercial Services.
