Important update for foreign trade operators. Changes in the statistical reporting form for movement of goods.
On January 10, 2016, Decree 1329 of December 7, 2015 by the Russian Government on the statistical accounting of mutual trade of the Russian Federation with the Eurasian Economic Union member states took effect, enacting the new rules of the statistical accounting of mutual trade of the Russian Federation with the Eurasian Economic Union member states.
Please note the following changes:- Statistical reporting form is submitted to the customs authority responsible for the region where the operator is registered with the tax authorities in accordance with the tax laws of the Russian Federation, not later than the 8th working day of the month following the month, in which the goods were shipped from the warehouse or delivered to the warehouse.
- Changes in the list of documents to be indicated when submitting the statistical reporting form.
- Updated statistical reporting form enacted containing updated field names and supplemented with new fields, including automatically generated, necessary for the processing and analysis of mutual trade data.
Statistical reporting form is filled on the official website of Russian Federal Customs Service (www.customs.ru), section "Submitting statistical reporting forms," and submitted to customs authorities in accordance with the schedule of submission of statistical reporting forms in 2016, available in the section "Submitting digitally signed statistical forms," in paper form signed and sealed by the applicant, or in electronic form signed digitally.
The applicant is responsible for the timely submission of the statistical reporting forms of movement of goods, completeness and accuracy of the information contained in the statistical form in accordance with Article 13.19 of the Russian Administrative Offenses Code.
Decree 40 of January 29, 2011 by the Russian Government is repealed.
