HERE COMES THE SUN: DOMODEDOVO AIRPORT LAUNCHES A BUSINESS LOUNGE OF THE NEW FORMAT
A new business lounge for passengers of international flights has been opened at Moscow Domodedovo Airport. Its name – ’Meridian’ - continues the tradition of names associated with Mikhail Lomonosov. The interior of the lounge will showcase photos of places scattered along the 37th meridian – the one where the airport is located.
The lounge with an area of about 500 square meters is located on the minus 1st floor in the airside area of international Sector E. ‘Meridian’ is inspired by the world's best practices in handling priority passengers.
“Development of passenger services is one of our priorities," says Sergey Makhnev, Head of Medical, Social and VIP Services at Domodedovo Airport. “Last year results demonstrated that business lounges were in high demand. We strive to flexibly respond to needs and cater to wishes of our passengers, thus we are opening a new business lounge in the international sector.”
Guests can now elevate their travel experiences with a whole new level of comfort that the airport brought into this business lounge designed for more than 100 visitors. Its windows face South-East and will allow passengers of morning flights to be among the first to greet the dawn.
