NEW SERVICE AT DOMODEDOVO AIRPORT FOR LATE PASSENGERS
Moscow Domodedovo Airport has introduced a new service on its trailblazing DMEStore aviation marketplace – the "Late Passenger Escort".
The new service is designed for those who are used to arriving at the airport at the eleventh hour, that is in the last minutes of check-in. Airport staff are ready to meet a late passenger at the forecourt, car park or on the Aeroexpress platform and provide maximum assistance for the passenger to catch the flight. An airport employee will escort you to the check-in desks, accompany you during pre-flight formalities, and will also guide you along the shortest route to the boarding gate.
The service can be used if the passenger has already checked in online and is flying without luggage and, importantly, if there are at least 40 minutes left before departure for domestic flights and at least 60 minutes for international flights. Or, if the passenger needs to check in himself/herself and the luggage at the airport, the service will be available no later than 15 minutes before the check-in closure.
