Novosibirsk and Dubai Are the Most Popular Summer Destinations from Domodedovo
Novosibirsk, Kaliningrad, Yekaterinburg, Yerevan, Tashkent, and Dubai are the most popular destinations from Domodedovo this summer. In anticipation of summer vacations and June holidays, Domodedovo International Airport has analyzed the most popular destinations for the summer of 2026. These include major regional centers within the country, as well as countries in the CIS and the UAE.
Among domestic routes, Novosibirsk is the leader, with nearly 200,000 passengers departing from Domodedovo this summer. The main carrier in this direction is S7 Airlines (Boeing 737 and Airbus 321). The second place goes to Kaliningrad, which accounts for more than 7% of domestic traffic, and the third place goes to Yekaterinburg. These destinations are served by Ural Airlines (A320 family).
Since 2023, Dubai has been leading the category of destinations in the Far East. Emirates operates daily flights from Domodedovo using the Boeing 777 and double-decker A380. Antalya and Istanbul have also retained their positions among the top three popular foreign destinations. Ural Airlines' Airbus and Boeing aircraft will transport Russian tourists to Antalya. S7 Airlines' A320 and Ural Airlines' A321 aircraft fly to Istanbul from Domodedovo.
Yerevan is the leading destination in the CIS segment this summer. The passenger flow from Domodedovo to the Armenian capital will exceed 122,000 passengers. FlyOne Armenia (A321) and Ural Airlines (A321) fly to this destination. The second place, with a slight gap, is occupied by the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, which was the leader of last summer. Travelers can reach Tashkent using flights operated by the national carrier Uzbekistan Airways on Boeing-787, 767 and A320, and the private Uzbek airline Qanot Sharq (A320).
