Moscow Domodedovo Airport closes books on RUB 5 billion bond issue

28 June, 2019. Domodedovo, Moscow region. LLC DOMODEDOVO FUEL FACILITIES, a DME Group business unit, has closed books on its RUB 5 billion bond issuance. The company is issuing papers with a coupon rate at 8.65% maturing in 5 years and offering quarterly interest payments.

The bond issuance will provide funds to optimize DME Group’s debt structure. Thanks to the placement of ruble-denominated bonds, DME Group will adjust its current currency debt structure to the target currency composition. Raiffeisenbank, Rosbank, and Sovcombank are bookrunners. Peresvet bank also manages the deal.

This issue fully complies with the Bank of Russia requirements for the inclusion in the Lombard List.

During the book-building, the demand considerably surpassed the supply.
