Moscow Domodedovo Airport Releases iOS and Android App
April 6, 2017, Domodedovo, Moscow Region. Moscow Domodedovo Airport, ranked the best airport in Russia, has released its official mobile app giving travelers access to the core services available at the airport. The app was named DME, same as the airport's code, and runs on the operating systems iOS and Android.
The current version of the app is available in Russian and English. The user can choose to sign up for push notifications on the status of the flight, add flights to the My Flights quick access tab, scan the boarding pass to quickly find the flight in the online departures board. The app contains information about airport services, shops and restaurants in the terminal, offers prompt access to emergency services and information desks.
In addition, the app gives travelers access to the airport's flight and public transit schedules.
The next development stage of the app will focus on adding customization functions based on information about the traveler's preferences and location in the terminal.
