Domodedovo Airport congratulates ‘IrAero’ on the airline’s 26th birthday
Domodedovo Airport congratulates ‘IrAero’ on the 26th anniversary of its foundation and thanks the airline for their long-term partnership.
The regular programme of flights operated by ‘IrAero’ from Domodedovo Airport began in 2011. The first flights were performed to Irkutsk and marked the beginning of a steady cooperation that has been going on for more than ten years. During this time, the airline has completed over 13,000 takeoffs and landings, with the total number of passengers served exceeding 1.2 million people.
In 2025, ‘IrAero’ operates flights from Domodedovo to Kyzyl (up to three times a week), Baku (up to twice a week), as well as to Mersin — in the format of regular charter flights with a frequency of up to three flights per month.
"26 years of stable operation in the industry is an indicator of a systematic approach and reliability. IrAero occupies an important place in DME’s route network by offering passengers direct connections to a number of sought-after destinations. We appreciate the established relations and are confident in their further development," says Irina Ryabinina, Deputy Director of Domodedovo Airport for Aviation Commerce.
