Tourists Name Domodedovo the Best for the 5th Year in a Row
Moscow Domodedovo Airport
won in the Best Russian Airport category of the Travel.com Star award with the
largest number of votes among the 18 candidate airports nominated for the award
by tourists and travelers. Approximately 9,000 Internet users took part in the
vote that took place from April 18 to December 31, 2011.

Russian Airport award won by Moscow Domodedovo Airport at the Travel.ru Star
awards testifies to the fact that passengers support the development strategy
selected by the airport," commented the award Ms.

The large-scale
reconstruction carried out over the last decade, as well as the developed
infrastructure and high quality of services allowed Moscow Domodedovo Airport
to take the leading position in terms of passenger traffic in the Russian
Federation. In 2011, the airport handled more than 25 million passengers and
was one of the largest airports in Europe according to the classification of
Airport Council International (ACI).
